Geographical Location

The Municipality of Argao is located in the Southeastern part of Cebu Province. It is bounded on the North by the Municipality of Sibonga; on the South by the Municipality of Dalaguete; on the West by the Municipalities of Dumanjug, Ronda, Alcantara, Moalboal and Badian; and on the east by Bohol Strait. It is approximately 66 kms. from Cebu City

and Bayawan also passes through Argao. Bus trips pass through Argao every 30

*Vehicle for Hire (V-Hire)- which are air-condition vans are also available to and
from Argao.

Tricycles and motorcycle for hire (called habal-habal) is also available to reach all
the barangays of Argao

Boat service for Bohol is also available in Argao from the Taloot port, which caters

3. Conquer Mt. Lantoy- reach the top of Mt. Lantoy and see the whole landscape of Argao. Mt. Lantoy known for its
                  unique formation, its trees and birds. Camp out on the top of Lantoy and enjoy the clean and misty

4. Bat watching and catching- enjoy thousands of bats come out from the cave late in the afternoon or learn to catch
